MEET THE HEART BEHIND LOCO LOCAL SHEARS

Loco Local Shears was created to bring patient, personalized hair care to people who feel more comfortable receiving services at home.

With years of experience in cosmetology and barbering, I’ve learned that hair care can be about so much more than a haircut. It can mean comfort, confidence, dignity, and simply feeling cared for.

I especially welcome kūpuna, sensory-sensitive keiki, individuals with disabilities or special needs, clients needing gentle detangling or hair recovery, and families who appreciate the convenience of mobile care.

Loco Local Shears is my paid mobile hair business, but it also helps support something very close to my heart — Fresh Fade Outreach Hawaii, my community outreach initiative providing grooming services to people experiencing hardship and underserved members of our community.

A portion of what I build through Loco Local Shears helps me continue growing and fueling that outreach.
